The main challenge was the prompt equipping of 2,250 vehicles with navigation equipment, despite their significant geographical distribution and continuous operation.

 

The implementation of the satellite monitoring system required the modernization of the internal mechanisms of interaction between various IT systems of the enterprise and their close integration with the Waliot platform.

 

In order to reduce the response time to an emergency, an element of predictive analytics was created with the recording of real routes of transport. The system operator is provided with the ability to graphically visualize, based on heat maps of movement, with the ability to optimize the location of operational transport.

 

Uniqueness of the project

Creation of heat maps of vehicle movement. Operational management of the vehicle fleet using the mechanism of personalized tags. Integration of the monitoring service with the internal information systems of the enterprise.

The result of the project is a significant reduction in capital expenditures (by 15%) and operating expenses (by 22%). Control over departmental transport has been increased by 45%. The time it takes to respond to emergency situations in power supply systems has been reduced by 37%.

A set of system and user tags has been provided for the purpose of unambiguous identification of objects and their unification into separate groups, including for subsequent inspections of transport by relevant regulatory organizations.

 

A single telematics data warehouse has been created and their collection and verification has been ensured for subsequent end-to-end transmission to technological and corporate information systems, through a single console for managing protocols and integration mechanisms.
