Electronic issuance of fuel and lubricants

The Waliot solution, which includes fuel control at the enterprise, allows for full visualization of the movement of fuel and lubricants from the filling station to the vehicle tank in real time.

All deviations in fuel dispensing are automatically recorded in the system and the software package tracks this and notifies the dispatcher with a corresponding report. The solution contains more than 40 built-in report options with varying degrees of detail.

The WaliotFUEL unmanned automatic fuel dispensing and oil product mass metering system for departmental filling stations allows for round-the-clock dispensing and metering of oil products. Vehicle authorization at unmanned dispensing terminals is carried out using electronic identification fuel smart cards.

The WaliotFUEL hardware and software package is designed for metering and dispensing fuel and lubricants (F&L) and operating fluids at mobile filling stations of enterprises that refuel vehicles on an internal settlement basis.

How does the system work?

The driver drives the vehicle to the fuel dispenser. The vehicle has a pre-installed fuel level sensor (FLS) in the tank and an identification fuel smart card is linked to it and stored in the system's memory.

We insert the smart card into a special reader, the power supply to the column is restored and fuel is dispensed.
A similar action occurs when dispensing fuel from a fuel tanker (ATZ), the only difference is that the electromagnetic valve opens in the ATZ.

After the issuance is completed, the Waliot software package compares the readings from the pump or fuel tanker with the readings of the fuel level sensor of the vehicle to which the fuel was dispensed. By comparing the readings in the report, we see fuel thefts at each stage.
