Implementation of fuel control as part of the digitalization of the vehicle fleet of a construction company based on the Waliot monitoring platform

GOAL: Digitalization of automobile filling stations (AZS) and fuel trucks (FTZ) to achieve comprehensive control over the supply of fuels and lubricants (F&L) at the enterprise in order to optimize the technological processes of the vehicle fleet and prevent fuel theft.

Detailed information about the project is at the link

The result of the project implementation is the complete automation of the process of issuing fuel and lubricants to transport and special equipment on the territory of the enterprise. All information in real time is sent to the control center due to the end-to-end integration of the Waliot system with the IT infrastructure of the DOGMA Group.

The time for refueling a unit of equipment has decreased by 37% on average, which in turn has increased the efficiency of the vehicle fleet, since a specific vehicle spends less time refueling, and gas stations and ATZs manage to refuel more during a work shift.

The digitalization of the fuel and lubricants issuance process has made it possible to abandon paper document flow on site, since the BKVT records all fuel movements at the enterprise from the issuing gas station/ATZ to the refueled vehicle or special equipment and transmits the data to a single monitoring system. The Customer’s ERP systems on the 1C platform are integrated via API with the Waliot SMT based on a ready-made extension module.

During operation, cases of improper use of fuel were identified and prevented. Thanks to digitalization, theft of fuel and lubricants has decreased by 92% and has become virtually impossible.

Uniqueness of the project

Design and manufacture of a fuel dispensing control unit (FCU) from domestic components. Development of a hardware and software complex (HSC) for the FCU within the framework of the Waliot transport monitoring system (TMS). Integration of the fuel analytics and reporting module into the IT infrastructure of DOGMA Group.

RESULTS

Full automation of the fuel and lubricants issuance process
Full automation of the fuel and lubricants issuance processTime for refueling a unit of equipment has been reduced by an average of 37%
Elimination of paper-based document flow in the field
The Customer's ERP systems on the 1C platform are integrated by means of API with the Waliot SMT based on a ready-made extension module
Fuel theft has decreased by 92% and has become virtually impossible

Do you want to achieve the same effect in your company?
Digitization of the fuel issuance and control process is not just convenience, but a real way to minimize losses.

The automatic accounting system eliminates the human factor and reduces fuel theft by 92%, ensuring transparency of all operations. The enterprise gains full control over expenses, and management receives accurate analytics to optimize costs. By investing in digital monitoring, you not only protect fuel resources, but also increase the efficiency of the vehicle fleet.
