Tier III

Tier is a standard of infrastructure and equipment reliability, which is assigned to Data Processing Centers (DPC). A data center that meets the third level standard has special backup equipment that allows for repair and maintenance of systems without stopping the operation of the transport control system. The DPC has two power inputs, active equipment is backed up according to the N+1 scheme, but the flows are backed up according to 2N. The total downtime in our DPCs does not exceed 1.6 hours per year.
